To Pay by PAYPAL

Click on your chosen card and then press the 'buy now' button to purchase through PayPal - a safe and quick way to pay. To buy several cards, click 'ADD TO CART' button under each card and use TABS at the top of page to continue shopping and return to cart.


To Pay by CHEQUE

You can also pay by cheque (GBR Pounds Sterling from UK banks only). With cheque payments your order cannot be dispatched until the cheque is cleared. Please make your cheque out to 'Alison Waines' and post it, with a list of the cards you'd like, to Alison Waines, Pearl Gallery Cards, 22 Station Rd, Sholing, Southampton, SO19 8HH.

Postage

Postage & Packaging is FREE (UK only). See below for International orders.

Dispatch

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours, however please allow 2-3 working days for your order to be processed. All cards are dispatched using First Class standard mail (UK). Proof of postage is always obtained when dispatching your cards and no responsibility can be accepted for lost or damaged items during transit.

If you prefer your cards to be posted by Recorded Delivery, please click the relevant box when you order and the postage will be added to the cost of your order.

International Delivery

All orders are sent via Airmail or Parcelforce. Postal rates are shown for each card. Delivery normally takes between 1-2 weeks to arrive.

Cards

Each card comes in a clear protective bag with envelope. Some slight variations from the designs shown may occur due to the handmade nature of each card. Some of the cards may not be suitable for children under 3 years.

Refunds

In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with the quality of your cards please return them within 10 days of purchase, for a refund. Full refunds (excluding postage) can be given only if the goods are returned in a saleable condition. Please email me for the return address: alison@awaines.fsnet.co.uk.
